Flokati Luxury Super Rug

Flokati rugs are graded by the weight of the wool (in grams) per square meter of the rug. As such you will see different grades ranging from 1,500g to 3,000g. What this means is that the more wool present in a rug, the heavier it is. And the heavier the rug is, the higher the grade.These rugs are produced using the same traditional processess dating back centuries.The yarns of the pile are interwoven with those of the back to produce a highly durable and desirable rug.Production of the Flokati rugs goes through many rigorous stages using meticulous hand labour.This 'Super' grade Flokati weights 1,500g per square meter.
